    NABARD Grade B Eligibility Criteria

    There are 2 criteria that a candidate should fulfill in order to be eligible to sit for the Grade B Managers exam.

    Educational Qualifications

    Manager – General

    • You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
    • OR
    • You should be having a Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).

    Manager – Agriculture

    • You should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD).
    • OR
    • You should be having a Postgraduate degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).

    NABARD Grade B Selection Procedure

    Grade B Managers exam 2020 selection process consists of 3 stages, which are:

    • Prelims Exam
    • Mains Exam
    • Interview

    NABARD Grade B Exam Pattern

    Prelims Exam Pattern

    The Prelims is an ONLINE test with Multiple Choice Questions having five options. This exam is only qualifying in nature & will serve as a screening test to filter candidates that are eligible to sit for the Mains exam.

    • Mains Exam will also be conducted in ONLINE Mode. You should score sufficiently high in order to be called for an Interview.
    • There are sectional cutoffs and an overall cutoff mark.
    • There is a Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

    NABARD Grade B Interview

    If you secure a sufficiently high rank in the exam then you will be called for the Interview, which is for 40 marks.

    Final Selection

    The Final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by you in Mains and Interview. The selected candidates will be posted as Grade B Managers at various locations of NABARD.

    NABARD Grade B Salary

    Basic Pay of NABARD Grade B Manager is Rs 35,150 per month in the payscale of Rs.35150 – 1750 (9) – 50900 – EB – 1750(2) – 54400 – 2000 (4) – 62400. There are many other allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. The Gross Monthly Pay of Grade B Manager is Rs 66,800 (approx).
