    • Register yourself by clicking on ‘New Registration’.

    • The provisional registration number and password will be displayed on the screen.

    J&K Bank PO Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates willing to appear for JK Bank PO exams need to ensure that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as mentioned by Jammu Kashmir Bank Recruitment Notification. This will be in terms of residency, age, and educational qualification as listed below:

    Nationality

    • Must be a domicile of J&K
    • Should have domicile certificate of J&K

    Educational Qualification

    • Must have a graduation degree or any equivalent degree from a recognized University by the Central Government.
    • Results must have been declared before the candidate registers online.

    Age limit

    • The minimum age is 20 years and the maximum age is 32 years.

    However, relaxation in the upper age is allowed for reserved categories as follows:

    JK Bank Exam Selection Process

    The J&K Bank exam 2020 selection process consist of three different stages which are as follows:

    1. Preliminary examination
    2. Mains examination
    3. Interview

    Candidates who clear the Preliminary Examination are eligible for Mains Examination. The number of candidates who are shortlisted after the Prelims exam for the Mains exam is generally 10 times the number of vacancies, and who are shortlisted after the Mains Exam for the Interview are 3 times the number of vacancies.

    Below is the detailed exam pattern for each of the stages of the J&K Bank PO Examination. Candidates should also keep in mind the following points about the exam pattern:

    • Both Preliminary and Main Examinations shall be taken online and will contain Multiple Choice Questions.
    • The penalty for wrong answers will be 0.25 or 1/4th of the marks assigned to each question. In case of no answer, there won’t be any penalty.
    • Scores obtained by the candidate will not be declared before the Interview Completion Process.
    • For preparing the Final Merit List, and Merit List for the Interview, only the Mains exam score will be counted.

    The J&K Bank PO Prelims Exam has 100 questions for 100 marks. The total duration available is 60 minutes.

    You should be a Permanent Resident of the state of Jammu & Kashmir state with a verified document to prove the same.

    Age Relaxation

    • SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen – 5 years

    Educational Qualification

    The candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University/Institute (UGC/AICTE approved) with a minimum of 60% marks. He/She should have passed the degree-granting final exam on or before 01.10.2020.
