OFB Recruitment: Age Limit
| Candidates age limit should be between 15 to 24 years as on the closing date of online applications.
Age relaxation is admissible to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates & Other relaxation details refer the notification. |

OFB Recruitment: Mode of Selection
| Selection will be done on the basis of the merit list. The merit list will be prepared separately for NON-ITI and ITI category.
The merit list for NON-ITI category will be prepared factory-wise on the basis of overall percentage of marks in madhyamik or matriculation (Class X standard or equivalent), aggregate in all subjects and irrespective of Board. For ITI category, a factory – wise common merit list will be prepared and the trades will be allotted by each factory on Meritcum-choice basis after selection. |

OFB Recruitment: How to Apply
Eligible and interested citizens of India, willing to contribute to National Defence Production and defence preparedness of the country are invited to apply ONLINE through the following OFB link: www.ofb.gov.in.
a) Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available through a link in the above-mentioned website under the tab ‘Apply Online’ & ‘How to Apply’.
b) The Online applications (Part I and II) can be filled from 10-01-2020 to 09-02-2020.
c) The candidate must ensure that before filling up of the Online Application.
d) Candidates will be required to complete the Online Application Form containing two stages viz. Part-I and Part-II, as per the instructions available through drop down menus. Candidates have to completely fill up the information in both the stages to be considered eligible for appearing in the written examination.
