SBI Clerk Exam Date 2021
SBI Clerk exam date 2021 has been postponed by the State Bank of India (SBI) due to a surge in Covid-19 cases in India. The Preliminary examination was scheduled to be held in the month of June 2021, while the main examination will be conducted on July 31, 2021. The New Schedule will be released soon. As per the SBI Clerk 2021 notification, SBI has released 5454 vacancies for SBI Clerk 2021 exam, out of which 5000 vacancies have been announced for regular posts and 237 for Backlog posts. SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria
There are two main criteria that a candidate should fulfil to be eligible for SBI Clerk 2021 exam.
Educational Qualifications: (As on 16-08-2021) He/she must hold a valid degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Age Limit: (As on 01-04-2021) Age of the candidate should not be below 20 years and not above 28 years as of 01.04.2021, i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-04-1993 and no later than 01-04-2001 (both days inclusive).

SBI Clerk 2021 Application Fee
The application fee for SBI Clerk Exam is Rs. 750/- for the General category and NIL for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD category. The application fee must be paid online Only.

SBI Clerk Salary
The pay scale of SBI Clerk is Rs.17900-1000/3-20900-1230/3-24590-1490/4-30550-1730/7-42600-3270/1-45930-1990/1-47920.
The above means that an SBI Clerk will have a starting salary of 17900 with a yearly increment of 1000 for 3 years. After 3 years, you will be receiving a salary of 20900 with a yearly increment of 1230 for 3 years. You can interpret the payscale detail further. The maximum salary that can be reached is 47920. DA is included separately.
Apart from Salary an SBI Clerk is also entitled to other benefits and allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Travel Allowance, Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, Medical Leave, etc.
SBI Junior Associates 2021 Selection Procedure
SBI Clerk Selection Procedure consists of two phases that a candidate should pass. They are Prelims Exam and Mains exam. It is compulsory for all candidates to clear both phases of the exam.

We shall see the detailed exam pattern of SBI Clerk Prelims and Mains examinations so that we have a clear idea of the task ahead. As per the official notification released by SBI “No minimum qualifying marks for individual subjects are prescribed”. Thus, there will not be any sectional cut-off for this year’s SBI Junior Associates Recruitment’s Online Examination. However, the criteria solely lie within the hands of the organization.

SBI Clerk Pre-Exam Training
SBI may arrange pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/XS/ Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by the Government of India. Candidates belonging to these categories who desire to avail themselves of such training at their own cost may indicate to that effect against relevant column while applying online.
As per the SBI Clerk notification 2021, the SBI pre-examination training is expected to be held in the month of June 2021. In view of the situation arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bank may, depending on feasibility, hold the PET through physical classes OR by way of Online tools. Candidates opting for pre-examination training can download their PET call letter from May 26, 2021, onwards from SBI’s official website.
