SBI Apprentice Exam Pattern & Selection Process 2019

 

SBI Apprentice Selection process

The SBI Apprentice selection process is based on,

  • Online written test
  • Test of the local language.

SBI Apprentice Exam Pattern – Online Written Test

Check online Written Test Structure as below:

4. Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude 25 25 15 minutes
4. Total 100 100 1 hour
  • There is sectional timing
  • Except General English section, all questions will be in English & Hindi
  • There is Negative Marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
  • There are no minimum qualifying marks for individual sections
  • You will find merit list will be drawn State wise and category-wise.
  • You will be placed in various locations based on the scored mark.

 

SBI Apprentice Local Language Test

Candidates will be tested on their proficiency in the specified Local language of the State/UT, where the vacancy is notified. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular state should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in any one of the specified local language of that State. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online written examination. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged for apprentice. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be required to undergo the language test.

SBI Apprentice Syllabus for General English

Verb, preposition, adverb, subject-verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles, etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.

SBI Apprentice Eligibility Criteria

Below are the eligibility criteria that a candidate should fulfill in order to be eligible for the SBI Apprentice Exam.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years

Education Qualification: The candidates must at least have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university as on the date of application for the post.

Language: The candidates must know how to read, speak, and write the language selected for the local language test.

SBI Apprentice Salary

 

The Salary of an SBI Apprentice is Rs 8000/- per month.
