LIC HFL Exam Pattern & Selection Procedure
The LIC HFL exam selection procedure consists of 3 stages for all the posts:
- Online Exam
- Interview

LIC HFL Interview
Depending upon the number of vacancies, candidates will be called for interview based on the order of merit. Candidates who do not attend the Interview or who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview shall be disqualified from further selection.
LIC HFL Eligibility Criteria
There are 2 criteria one should satisfy for you to be eligible for LIC HFL exam. They are
- Age Limit
- Educational Qualifications.
LIC HFL Age Limit Exam (as by 1st January 2020)
- Minimum Age – 21 years
- Maximum Age – 28 years
LIC HFL Educational Qualifications (as by 1st January 2020)
Assistant
- Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
- Computer Skills.
Associate
- Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
- Should have completed CA-Inter.
- Computer Skills.
Assistant Manager
- Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.
- Should have completed two years full-time MBA/ Two years full-time MMS/ two years full-time PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in any discipline from a recognized university/institute/board with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks through regular mode of study.
- Computer Skills.
LIC HFL Vacancies
There are an overall 300 vacancies in the LIC HFL 2019 notification for the recruitment of Assistant, Associate, and Assistant Manager posts.
Recruitment of Assistant & Associate posts is based on region-wise merit, while the recruitment for Assistant Manager will be based on All India Merit.
