Revolution is the term used to indicate a drastic change in something. The agricultural revolution in India refers to the significant change in agriculture production when there are discoveries or inventions, or when new technologies are implemented. Various Agricultural Revolutions occurred in India at various points in time, some due to sheer necessity, and some due to the determination and work of some individuals, and some by discovery or inventions.   • A price Stabilization fund of Rs. 500 crore to help farmers deal with volatility also a TV Channel has been set up to provide Information to the Farmers about Water Conservation, Organic Farming, and other New Techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Yellow Revolution<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • This revolution was launched in order to increase the production of Edible Oilseeds<\/strong> (Especially Mustard and Sunflower).<\/li>\n
    • It was launched in the year of 1987. It is also known as the \u201cPeople Power Revolution\u201d<\/li>\n
    • Sam Pitroda<\/strong> father of the Yellow Revolution in India.<\/li>\n
    • The main contributors to Yellow Revolution are oilseeds production technology, price and market intervention support policy, expansion in area under oilseed, and institutional support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Ever Green Revolution<\/h3>\n

      • It intends to increase the Overall Production of Agriculture. It was introduced in the 11th<\/sup>\u00a05 year Plan.<\/li>\n
      • M.S Swaminathan, the Father of the Green Revolution in India, emphasized to Improve Productivity perpetuity without harming ecologically or Socially.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Black Revolution<\/h3>\n

        • This is about the increase in the production of Crude Oil, Petroleum, and other related products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Blue Revolution<\/h3>\n

          • This revolution was launched in order to increase Fish Production or Aquaculture production.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Aquaculture refers to the active culturing of creatures including all animals and plants, found in marine, brackish, or freshwaters.<\/li>\n
          • Dr. Arun Krishnsnan<\/strong> is known as the \u201cFather of the Blue Revolution\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Green Revolution<\/h3>\n

            • The Main Purpose of this Revolution was to save a billion people from starvation.<\/li>\n
            • In this Advanced technologies have been implemented to increase the productivity in Agriculture.<\/li>\n
            • The Father of the Green revolution is Dr. Norman Borlaug.<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • The Father of the Green Revolution in India is Dr. MS Swaminathan.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • The term was coined by William Gaud.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              White Revolution<\/h3>\n

              • This revolution resulted in an increase in the production of Milk and Dairy Products.<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Dr. Verghese Kurien<\/strong> is the Father of the White Revolution in India and is known as the Milk Man of India.<\/li>\n
              • White Revolution is the Success Story of Dairy Co-Operative Movement in the country<\/li>\n
              • Operation Flood Program was launched by the National Dairy Development Board with international cooperation as part of the White Revolution to transform India into a milk exporting country from a milk deficient country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Brown Revolution<\/h3>\n

                • This revolution was launched in order to increase the production of Leather \/ Cocoa \/ Non-Conventional Products.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • \u00a0Tribal Areas of the Vishakapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh is the place where this revolution started.<\/li>\n
                • It was done to cater to the demand for coffee from developed countries. Tribal people were taught to grow and preserve coffee, which is socially responsible and eco-friendly coffee plantations.<\/li>\n
                • Dr. Hiralal Chaudari<\/strong> is known as the Father of the Brown Revolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Golden Revolution<\/h3>\n

                  • This revolution was launched to increase the production of Fruits, Honey Production and Horticulture development<\/li>\n

                      Silver Revolution<\/h3>\n

                      • This revolution was launched to increase the production of Eggs & Poultry. <\/strong><\/li>\n
